Fielding.

The weather hasn’t been great this week but Year 4 still got outside for PE with Mrs How.  The field may have been boggy but the playground is a great place to practise skills.

This half term we are focusing on fielding skills – critical for winning cricket matches and for rounders.  On the newsletter this week’s challenge is ball games so you could practise these skills at home or in the park.

 

Fronted adverbials lesson!

Year 4 have been working hard on their fronted adverbials for ‘how’. They have been making potions and completing tasks to help them write their own sentences for an instruction text.
